If the sink fan slows or stops, heat creeps up the filament path, the filament softens too early and the hotend jams. One fan, two CreatBot part numbers
CreatBot lists the fan as 150001 for the D600 Pro2 HS and as 150004 for the D1000 HS. CreatBot confirmed they are the same physical fan, so each number fits both printers. Pick your printer's number and you receive the identical part.

The fan on the hotend heat sink does not spin, or spins slowly.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
The newer D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra use a different sink fan, part 150041.
Which part number should I choose?
Either one. The fan is identical; CreatBot catalogs it once for each printer. Order your own printer's number to keep your records consistent. Make sure it is the sink fan you need: the HS print heads also carry part cooling fans that blow on the printed part, which are separate parts (front 150002 or 150005, back 150003 or 150006).
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the hotend cool. Note how the fan is mounted and which way it blows, then unplug it at its connector rather than pulling on the leads. Fit the new fan facing the same way so it pushes air through the heat sink fins, secure the cable away from moving parts, and confirm the fan runs as soon as the hotend starts to heat.
