The CreatBot HS extruder reduction gear flange bearing (part 124011) is the OEM flanged bearing that supports the reduction gear in CreatBot's geared extruder. A flange bearing has a lip on its outer ring that locates it in its housing, so it holds the gear shaft in position as well as letting it spin. Installation tips
Turn the printer off, let it cool and unload filament. Photograph the extruder before disassembly. Seat the new flange bearing fully against its flange, reinstall the gear, and confirm it spins freely with no side play before closing up and running a test extrusion.
