One board, two CreatBot part numbers
CreatBot lists the board as 111001 for the D600 Pro2 HS and as 111002 for the D1000 HS. CreatBot confirmed they are the same physical board, so each number fits both printers. Pick your printer's number and you receive the identical motherboard.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Other CreatBot printers use different boards. The D600 Pro3 HS uses part 111020, the D1000 Pro HS uses 111021, the D600 Pro2 uses 111010 and the D1000 uses 111011.
Which part number should I choose?
Either one. The board is identical; CreatBot catalogs it once for each HS printer. Order your own printer's number to keep your service records matched. Note that the newer Pro3 HS and Pro HS machines are not covered by this board.
Installation
Power the printer off and unplug it before opening the electronics bay. Photograph every connector before you disconnect anything, use anti-static precautions, and check the firmware version with Rev1 support after installation.
