HS Heatbreak for D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS 3D Printers
The CreatBot HS heatbreak (part 103005) is the OEM heatbreak for the hotends on the CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS. The heatbreak is the short tube that joins the heating block to the cooled section above it. Its job is to keep heat in the melt zone and out of the filament path, so filament stays solid until it reaches the nozzle. Signs the heatbreak needs replacing
Repeated jams just above the heating block, even after clearing the nozzle.
Filament softens too early and the extruder skips or grinds.
Leaking plastic around the threads between the heatbreak and the heating block.
A bent, cracked or stripped heatbreak after a crash or a forced nozzle change.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Other CreatBot models use different heatbreaks. The LT HeatBreak V1 (103001) and HT HeatBreak V1 (103003) fit the D600, D600 Pro, F430 and PEEK-300. The LT HeatBreak V2 (103002) and HT HeatBreak V2 (103004) fit the D600 Pro and F1000.
Installation tips
Heat the hotend before you remove the nozzle and heatbreak so any plastic inside softens and the threads release without force. Support the heating block with a wrench while you turn the parts, because twisting the block can damage the heater and sensor wires. Seat the new heatbreak fully, refit the nozzle, and tighten the nozzle against the heatbreak at temperature so the joint seals. Check that the cooling fan for the hotend is running before your first print, then run a short test print and watch for clean, steady extrusion.

No. The D600 Pro uses the LT or HT heatbreaks (103001 to 103004). Part 103005 is for the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS.
