HS Extruder PCB for D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS 3D Printers
The CreatBot HS extruder PCB is the circuit board on the print head of the CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS. It is the connection point between the moving extruder and the rest of the printer: the hotend heater, the temperature sensor, the fans and the extruder wiring meet here and run back to the motherboard. Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Fit is the same for both options. Other CreatBot printers use different extruder boards: the D600 Pro2 and D1000 use the V1.2 board (112012 or 112018), and the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS use the Pro HS board (112020 or 112021).
Which part number should I choose?
Pick the number that names your printer so it matches your parts list. The board is identical under both numbers, so a shop running both the D600 Pro2 HS and the D1000 HS can stock one spare for both machines.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool before you open the print head. Photograph every connector on the old board, use anti-static precautions, and move the cables across one at a time. Make sure each plug is fully seated and the wiring is clear of the moving parts, then heat the hotend and run each fan before your first print.
