The CreatBot hotend connection board is the small OEM circuit board that joins a hotend's wiring to the print head electronics on the CreatBot D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS. These printers carry two hotends, and each one has its own connection board, so the part comes in a right side and a left side version. Signs a connection board needs replacing
One hotend shows a temperature error or will not heat, while the other works normally.
The fault stays with the same side even after the hotend's heater or sensor is replaced.
A connector on the board is discolored, cracked or no longer holds its plug firmly.

Both sides fit all three printers. The same printers use the Pro HS extruder PCB (112020) or the D1000 Pro HS extruder PCB (112021) on the print head.

Installation tips
Let the hotends cool fully, then power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the board and its connections before removing anything, transfer the hotend leads to the new board in the same positions, and make sure every plug is fully seated. Heat the hotend and confirm a stable temperature reading before printing.
Left or right: which side do I need?
Order the side of the hotend that has the problem. The two boards are separate parts and are not swapped between sides. If you are not sure which hotend is affected, heat each one separately from the screen and watch which reading fails. Shops that change hotends often may want a spare of each side on the shelf.
