When to replace the HEPA filter
The filter looks discolored or loaded with dust.
Airflow through the filter fan is noticeably weaker than when the filter was new.
You smell print fumes in the room more than you used to during long jobs.
HEPA filters are consumables and cannot be cleaned back to new. Keeping a spare on hand avoids running the printer without filtration.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Other models use different filters: F430 (109001), F430 NX (109002), PEEK-250 (109011), and the HEPA and carbon air filter (109013) for the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS.
Which part number should I choose?
Any of them. CreatBot catalogs the filter once per printer, but the part is the same. Most owners order their own printer's number so it matches the manual. Shops running several of these printers can stock one filter for all of them.
Installation tips
Change the filter with the printer idle and the chamber cool. Remove the old filter carefully so trapped dust stays in it, and bag it for disposal. Fit the new filter with its seal seated all the way around so air cannot bypass it, then run the filter fan and check for airflow.
