CreatBotHEPA and Carbon Air FilterGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
HEPA and Carbon Air Filter for D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS

The CreatBot HEPA and carbon air filter (part 109013) is the OEM replacement air filter for the CreatBot D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS. It combines two kinds of filtration in one part. The HEPA stage traps fine particles released when filament is melted. The carbon stage adsorbs odors and gases that particle filters alone cannot catch. Both stages fill up with use, and once they do, filtration drops. Replacing the filter restores the printer's air cleaning to as-new condition. Full specifications →

Why a combined HEPA and carbon filter
HEPA media handles fine particles; activated carbon handles smells and fumes.
ABS, ASA, nylon and PC are known for stronger odors than PLA.
The same filter fits the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS, which makes spares simple for multi-printer shops.
The filter seals in the housing, so air passes through both stages.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
These printers, along with the D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra, also use the external fan filter element (109014), a separate part. Earlier HS models take HEPA only filters: D600 Pro2 HS (109006) and D1000 HS (109008).
When to replace it

The two stages wear differently. The HEPA media clogs as it collects particles, which shows up as discoloration and weaker airflow. The carbon saturates as it absorbs odors, which shows up as printing smells returning to the room even when the filter still looks clean. Replace the filter when you notice either sign. Printers running engineering materials daily will need filters more often than those printing PLA. Neither stage can be cleaned or recharged.
Installation tips
Power the printer off before opening the filter housing. Remove the old filter and note its orientation, then fit the new one the same way so the stages face the airflow correctly. Check that it is fully seated and close the housing. Seal the used filter in a bag for disposal.
