The CreatBot Heating Block V1 (part 102003) is the OEM hotend heating block for the CreatBot D600 Pro2 and D1000. The heating block sits at the bottom of the hotend: the nozzle threads into it, and it holds the heater cartridge and temperature sensor that keep the melt zone at printing temperature. Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Check your exact model before ordering. The D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use the HS Heating Block V1 (part 102004). The D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D400 HS, D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra use the Pro HS heating block (part 102011). The D600, D600 Pro and F430 use the LT Heating Block (part 102001) or HT Heating Block (part 102002).
Installation tips
If you need to remove the nozzle, do it with the hotend at printing temperature so the threads release cleanly, and support the block while you turn it. Then power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove the heater cartridge and sensor. Photograph the wiring routing first so everything goes back the same way. Seat the heater and sensor securely in the new block, reinstall the nozzle and tighten it hot. Afterwards, check nozzle height, recalibrate and run a short test print while watching for leaks.
