The CreatBot filament chamber heating control panel (part 114011) is the OEM control board for the heated filament chamber on several CreatBot printers. Many engineering filaments, nylon and PC among them, absorb moisture from the air, and wet filament prints with bubbles, stringing and weak layers. The heated filament chamber keeps spools warm and dry right up to the point they feed into the printer. Signs the control panel may need replacing
The filament chamber no longer warms up, or will not hold its set point.
The chamber heating cannot be switched on or off from the panel or the printer.
Prints from moisture sensitive filament start popping, stringing or showing rough surfaces even though the spool was dried.
Visible damage on the panel, such as a scorched component or a loose connector.

Installation tips
Turn the printer off, unplug it and let the filament chamber cool before you start. Remove the spools so you have room to work. Photograph the existing panel and its wiring, label each connector, then swap the panel and reconnect everything in the same positions. Power on, switch the chamber heating on and confirm it warms up and holds its setting before you load filament again.
