F430 Z Motor (Z-Axis Motor)
The CreatBot F430 Z motor (part 131020) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot F430. It moves the Z axis by one layer height after each layer and holds it steady while the layer prints. Signs the Z motor needs replacing
The Z axis does not move, or moves unevenly, when jogged.
Banding or uneven layer lines that were not there before.
Finished parts measure short or tall in Z.
Grinding or knocking from the Z drive during homing.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F430 NX uses its own Z motor, part 131010, and the F1000 uses part 131032. The other F430 motors are X motor 131018, Y motor 131019 and extruder motors 131016 and 131017.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Support the Z assembly before you release the motor so nothing can drop. Photograph the cable routing and the connector. Fit the new motor in the same position and orientation and make sure it is fully seated. Run the axis through its full travel to check for smooth motion, then home the printer, re-level the bed and print a first layer test followed by a tall calibration part.
