Y axis timing belt for the CreatBot F430
The CreatBot F430 Y axis belt (part 141001) is the OEM belt for the Y axis drive of the CreatBot F430 3D printer. It carries front to back motion from the drive to the moving axis, and it sees the same stress on every layer. Over time a belt can stretch, wear at the teeth or crack, and the F430 then starts losing accuracy in Y: shifted layers, wavy surfaces and dimensions that no longer match the model. Signs the Y belt needs replacing
Teeth that are worn, flattened or missing.
Fraying along the edges or cracks across the back of the belt.
Front to back layer shifts even with correct tension.
Ringing or ripples on surfaces that face the Y direction.
The tensioner is at the end of its travel and the belt is still slack.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F430 NX uses a different Y axis belt, part 141004. The F430 X axis uses part 141002.
Main Y belt and reduction belt
The F430 Y drive also uses a separate Y-axis reduction belt, part 141005. If you are rebuilding the Y axis, inspect both belts. A worn reduction belt can cause similar symptoms, and it makes sense to replace both if they are equally worn.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the belt path, the clamp points and the tensioner before you start. Release the tension, remove the old belt and route the new one the same way with the teeth facing the pulleys. Tension the belt firmly, move the axis by hand to check that it runs smoothly with no rubbing, then home the printer and print a calibration part to check the Y dimension.

No. The reduction belt is a separate part, 141005. This is the main Y axis belt.
