The CreatBot USB flash drive board connecting cable (part 160019) is the OEM internal cable that connects the USB flash drive board on the CreatBot F430 to the rest of the printer's electronics. The USB flash drive board is where you plug in a flash drive to load print files. Signs the USB board cable needs replacing
The printer does not detect a flash drive that works in a computer.
The file list appears and disappears, or files fail to load partway.
Prints from the flash drive stop unexpectedly with a read error.
The cable is pinched, cut or loose at either connector.
Try a second flash drive formatted the way the printer expects before you replace the cable. If several known good drives fail, the cable or the USB board is the likely cause.

Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it before opening the electronics area. Use anti-static precautions when you touch the boards. Photograph the cable's route and both connectors, remove the old cable gently by its plugs rather than the wires, and fit the new one in the same orientation. Close up, power on, insert a flash drive and confirm the file list loads.
