F430 Silicone Plate (Heated Bed Silicone Heater)
The CreatBot F430 silicone plate is the silicone heating element for the heated build platform on the CreatBot F430. It is a thin, flexible heater fitted under the platform that warms the whole bed so the first layer grips and engineering materials stay put while they cool. Signs the silicone plate needs replacing
The bed takes far longer than usual to heat, or the F430 shows a bed heating error.
First layers stick in one area of the plate and lift or warp in another.
The silicone pad is cracked, bubbled or coming away from the platform, or the heater leads are damaged.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Both versions fit the F430; they differ only in voltage. The F430 NX uses its own silicone plates, parts 172003 (220V) and 172004 (110V).
Which voltage do I choose?
Match the plate to the voltage your F430 was built for. The rating on the printer is what counts. Printers sold for North America are normally 110V machines, while much of Europe and Asia uses 220V. A heater on the wrong supply will either heat far too slowly or overheat, so check the rating label on the printer or the plate you are removing. If you are unsure, send Rev1 your printer's serial number and we will confirm the right version.
Installation tips
Unplug the printer and let the bed cool completely. Photograph the heater and sensor connections, remove the old pad, and clean the platform so the new plate lies flat with no air pockets. Route the leads the same way as the original and secure them so they cannot rub as the bed moves. Heat the bed once to confirm it reaches temperature, then re-level and run a test print.

Which voltage do I need?
The same voltage as your F430. Most printers in the US are 110V (part 172002); 220V printers take part 172001.
Will this plate fit my F430 NX?
No. The F430 NX uses parts 172003 and 172004.
