When to replace the sheet
Sheets wear out through use. Replace yours when it has a bend or crease that keeps it from lying flat, when the surface is scratched or worn smooth in the areas you print most, or when adhesion stays poor after cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. A kinked sheet often shows as a stripe of thin or squashed first layer at the same spot on every print. Installation tips
Wait for the bed to cool. Lift off the old sheet and wipe the bed clean so no debris is trapped underneath. Lay the new sheet down aligned with the bed edges and check that it sits flat everywhere. Run bed leveling, set the Z offset and print a first layer test.
