This film is sized for the F430. The F1000 uses PEI film 107022 and the D600 Pro uses PEI film 107011.
PEI and the other F430 surfaces
The F430 has four CreatBot surface options. PEI film is the smooth surface that releases parts on cooling. BuildTak (107008) is textured and grips hard. The carbon fiber plate (107009) is a rigid plate. The removable magnetic sheet (107010) lifts off for flex removal. For PEI, keep the surface clean with isopropyl alcohol, avoid touching the print area, and use a thin release layer with materials that bond very strongly, which protects the film from tearing when the part comes off.
Installation tips
Let the bed cool, then peel the old film slowly and remove any adhesive left on the plate. Clean and dry the plate. Align the new film along one edge and lay it down gradually, pressing from the center outward with a squeegee to remove air pockets. Re-level the bed and set the Z offset before the first print.
