Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The original F430 uses its own Z axis belt, part 141006. On the F430 NX, the X and Y axes use parts 141003 and 141004.
Why the Z belt matters
Where a Z drive uses a belt to turn more than one lead screw, the belt is what keeps those screws in step. If it slips by even one tooth, one side of the build plate ends up higher than the other. That is why a Z belt problem often looks like a leveling problem, and why it is worth checking the belt before you chase leveling settings.
Installation tips
Power the printer off. Before you release the old belt, support the build plate so it cannot drop or tilt while the drive is disconnected. Note the belt path and mark the position of each pulley so the screws go back in step. Fit and tension the new belt, home the printer, then run the bed leveling routine and a first layer test.
