F430 NX X/Z Drive (X and Z Axis Stepper Driver)
The CreatBot F430 NX X/Z drive (part 115007) is the OEM stepper motor driver CreatBot lists for the X and Z axes of the CreatBot F430 NX. The X axis moves the print head side to side, and the Z axis sets the height of each layer. In both cases the driver takes step and direction signals from the main control board and supplies the current that turns the motor. Signs the X/Z drive may need replacing
Layer shifts along the X axis with belts and pulleys in good order.
Uneven layer lines or parts that finish at the wrong height.
The X or Z motor buzzes, stalls or will not home.
The motor runs normally when tested from a known good driver channel.
Belt tension, a binding lead screw, a loose coupler or a damaged cable can all cause similar symptoms. Check the mechanics first, and ask Rev1 support if the cause is not clear.

The F430 NX uses separate driver parts for its other axes: the Y drive V2 (115009) and the E drive (115011).
Which driver position failed?
Since this part covers both X and Z, identify the failing axis first. With the printer powered off, move the suspect motor's cable to a known good channel and test again. If the fault stays at the driver position, replace that driver. If it follows the motor, the motor or its cable is the likely cause.
Installation tips
Switch the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the driver orientation before removal, fit the new module the same way round and reconnect the motor cable. Home all axes and run a test print.
