Signs the temperature sensor needs replacing
The displayed hotend temperature jumps, drifts or reads far from what you expect.
The printer shows a sensor error, a minimum or maximum temperature error, or a heating failure.
Prints show inconsistent extrusion or surface quality that tracks with temperature swings.
The sensor leads are pinched, frayed or damaged near the heating block.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Both versions fit only the F430 NX. The original F430 uses a different sensor (106007), and the PEEK-250 has its own Original and V2 sensors (106005, 106006).
Matching the right version
The firmware reads the sensor according to the type it expects, so the replacement should match the version installed in your F430 NX. A mismatched sensor can give a reading that looks normal but is wrong, which puts prints and the hotend at risk. Check your service records or the installed part. If you are not sure, send Rev1 your serial number and a photo of the hotend, and we will tell you which version to order.
Installation tips
Power off, unplug the printer and let the hotend cool fully. Note the sensor's routing, loosen its retaining screw and remove it from the heating block. Fit the new sensor fully into its bore, secure it gently so the sensor body is not crushed, and connect it at the same connector. Heat the hotend and confirm the temperature rises smoothly and holds steady before printing.
