F430 NX Heating Tube (Hotend Heater Cartridge)

Signs the heating tube needs replacing
The hotend heats slowly, will not reach its set temperature or drops temperature during a print.
The printer reports a heating failure or thermal runaway error on the hotend.
The heater wires are damaged, pinched or burnt near the block.
A resistance check shows an open circuit on the heater.
A failed temperature sensor, loose connector or controller fault can cause similar symptoms. Rev1 support can help you narrow it down before you order.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Both versions are for the F430 NX only. The original F430 uses a different heating tube (105006), and the PEEK-250 uses its own (105005).
Original or V2: which one?
Both versions fit the F430 NX, but they are different revisions and should be matched to your machine. Check the heating tube that is installed now, along with any service records for the printer. If it has already been replaced with V2, order V2 again. If you cannot identify the version, contact Rev1 with the printer serial number and a photo of the hotend wiring, and we will confirm the right part. Fitting the matching heating tube keeps the hotend behaving the way the firmware expects.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool completely. Loosen the retaining screw, slide the old heating tube out of the heating block and follow its wire back to the connector. Insert the new tube fully, tighten the retaining screw firmly without crushing the cartridge, and route the wire away from moving parts. Heat the hotend and watch the temperature reading to confirm stable heating before printing.
