The CreatBot F430 NX extruder PCB is the OEM print head circuit board for the CreatBot F430 NX. The F430 NX has a left and a right extruder, and each side has its own board. Each board connects the components on its side of the head, the hotend heater, temperature sensor, fans and extruder motor, to the printer's main control board. Signs an extruder PCB needs replacing
A temperature error or unstable reading on one hotend only.
One side will not heat or extrude, while the other side works normally.
A head fan or extruder motor on one side stops working although the part tests good.
Visible damage such as a burnt or loose connector on one board.
Because the fault usually affects one side, note which extruder is misbehaving. Contact Rev1 support and we will help you confirm the board is the cause.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
All four boards fit the F430 NX only. The original F430 uses different extruder boards (112008, 112019 or 112017).
Choosing the right board
Pick the side first. Left and right boards serve different extruders and are separate parts, so order the side that has the fault. Then pick the version. Open the print head with the printer cool and unplugged and read the marking on the board: a board marked V2 is replaced by 112005 (left) or 112006 (right), and an unmarked original board by 112003 (left) or 112004 (right). If both sides are affected, or the marking is unclear, send Rev1 a photo of both boards.
Installation tips
Let both hotends cool, then power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the board with every lead connected, transfer the connectors one at a time, and keep the left and right harnesses on their own sides. Refit the cover without pinching wires, then heat both hotends and run a test print with each extruder.
