Installation tips
Power the printer off, let the hotend cool and unload the filament. Open the extruder, noting how the gear sits on its shaft and how it lines up with the filament path. Fit the new gear in the same position so the teeth center on the filament, reassemble, then load filament and run a short extrusion test to confirm smooth, steady feeding.
