For the CreatBot F430
The CreatBot F430 extruder cable (part 160005) is the OEM extruder wiring for the CreatBot F430. The F430 is a compact industrial printer built for engineering materials, and its extruder depends on several circuits at once: heater power, the temperature sensor, fan power and the extruder motor. Signs the extruder cable needs replacing
The hotend fails to heat, or heats slowly, even with a heater that tests good.
Temperature errors that appear during a print and stop it.
The extruder motor stalls, clicks or vibrates without feeding.
Visible damage: chafed insulation, a crushed section or a scorched connector.
Reseat the connectors at both ends before you order. If the problem returns, or if any pin looks discolored, the cable should be replaced.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F430 also uses an FFC cable (160003), an X motor cable (160017) and a USB flash drive board connecting cable (160019), each sold separately. The F430 NX uses its own FFC cable, part 160004.
Installation tips
Power the F430 off, unplug it and let the hotend and chamber cool. Photograph each connection, then disconnect the old cable and note how it is routed and secured. Fit the new cable along the same path, keep it away from the heater block, and press every connector fully home. Heat the hotend, confirm the temperature reading is steady, and extrude a short test length.
