Cross flow (tangential) fan for the CreatBot F430

The CreatBot F430 cross flow fan is the OEM cross flow fan for the CreatBot F430 3D printer. A cross flow, or tangential, fan uses a long barrel shaped impeller to move a wide, even curtain of air, which suits places where airflow has to cover a long span. CreatBot makes this fan in two versions, 220V and 110V, to match the power supply your F430 is set up for. Choose the voltage below. Full specifications →

Signs the cross flow fan needs replacing
No air, or noticeably less air, from the fan outlet while the printer runs.
Humming, scraping or rattling that gets worse over time.
The impeller turns roughly or rubs when spun by hand with the power off.
The fan starts slowly or stops by itself.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Both versions fit the F430. The F430 NX uses its own cross flow fans, parts 150012 (220V) and 150013 (110V). Other F430 fans are the sink fan (150014), cooling fan (150015), drive cooling fan (150016) and filter fan (150017).
Choose your voltage
| Voltage | Part number | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| 220V | 150018 | F430 |
| 110V | 150019 | F430 |
Installation tips
Unplug the printer before you open any panel. Photograph the fan mounting and the connector, and confirm the voltage on the new fan matches the old one. Fit it in the same orientation, make sure the impeller spins freely, close the covers and check airflow at power on.
Choosing the right voltage
Match the fan to the voltage your printer runs on, which is normally the same as the original fan. Most printers in the United States run on 110V power and take the 110V version, part 150019. Printers set up for 220V supply take part 150018. Read the label on the old fan or the rating plate on the printer before you order. A fan of the wrong voltage will either run weak or not at all, or burn out quickly, so do not substitute one for the other.
