Signs the cooling fan needs replacing
Overhangs and bridges print worse than they did with the same profile.
Small details look soft, rounded or blobbed.
The fan does not spin when fan speed is raised, or it starts and stops.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F430 uses several fans, each with its own part number: the sink fan (150014), the drive cooling fan (150016), the filter fan (150017) and the cross flow fan (150018 for 220V, 150019 for 110V). The F430 NX uses a different cooling fan, part 150008.
Using part cooling with engineering materials
Materials that shrink as they cool, such as ABS, ASA, nylon and PC, often warp or crack between layers if cooled too hard, so their profiles usually run the fan low or off. That makes the fan easy to forget until you switch back to a material that needs it. If you mostly print engineering materials, test the fan from the printer menu now and then so a failure does not surprise you on your next PLA or PETG job.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the hotend and chamber cool. Note the fan mounting and the cable route on the print head, fit the new fan in the same orientation so its air still reaches the nozzle, and secure the cable clear of the heater block. Confirm it responds to fan speed changes with a short test print.
