Signs the chamber heater needs replacing
The chamber will not reach its set temperature, or takes much longer than it used to.
The printer reports a chamber heating error.
Warping and layer splitting appear on materials that previously printed well.
The heater, its leads or its connector show burn marks or damage.

Both versions fit the F430 and differ only in voltage. The F430 NX uses its own chamber heater, parts 182001 (110V) and 182002 (220V).

Installation tips
The chamber heater runs on mains power. Switch the printer off, unplug it and let the chamber cool completely. Photograph the wiring and terminal positions, replace the heater in the same location with the original hardware, and make sure every lead is secure and clear of moving parts. Close the door, run a chamber heat cycle and confirm the chamber reaches and holds its set point before printing.
Which voltage do I need?
Match the heater to your printer's electrical configuration, which is normally the same as the heater already fitted. Printers supplied for North American mains power are usually set up for 110V, and printers supplied for most other markets for 220V. Check the rating label on the printer or the part number on the old heater to be certain. A heater of the wrong voltage will not heat correctly and can be damaged or damage the printer, so if your F430 was imported, bought used or converted, ask Rev1 support to confirm from the serial number before you order.
