The CreatBot F430 8-bit motherboard V9.6 (part 111005) is the OEM main control board for F430 printers that shipped with the 8-bit electronics. It is the board that runs the printer's firmware and coordinates everything else: the stepper drivers that move the axes, the hotend and heated component outputs, the fans and the sensors. Signs your motherboard may need replacing
The printer powers on but never finishes starting up, or the screen does not respond.
A single output fails, for example one axis or one heater, while the component on the end of it tests good.
Burn marks, a damaged connector or a cracked component on the board.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
F430 printers with 32-bit electronics use the F430 32-bit motherboard V1.3 (part 111006). The F430 NX uses part 111003.
How to confirm you have the 8-bit board
The F430 has been built with both 8-bit and 32-bit controllers, and they are not the same part. Unplug the printer, open the electronics bay and read the marking on the board. A board marked 8Bit V9.6 is replaced by this part. A board marked 32Bit V1.3 needs part 111006. Firmware is specific to each controller, which is another reason to replace like with like.
Installation
Disconnect mains power before you open the printer. Take a clear photo of the board with every cable in place, follow anti-static practice, and move the connectors to the new board one at a time. Confirm the firmware with Rev1 support before returning the printer to work. Under warranty? Contact Rev1 first, as your certified CreatBot service provider we can carry out the swap.
