F1000 Z Motor (Z-Axis Drive Motor)
The CreatBot F1000 Z motor (part 131032) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot F1000 large format 3D printer. It moves the Z axis one layer height at a time, so it controls how evenly layers stack across the full height of a print. Signs the Z motor needs replacing
The Z axis does not home, or stalls when you jog it from the touchscreen.
Layers shift or compress at a particular height on tall prints.

The motor is noticeably hot, or the axis loses position during long prints.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F1000 extruder motors are parts 131030 (E1) and 131031 (E2). The F430 uses its own Z motor, part 131020.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it. Because the F1000's Z assembly is large, support it securely before you release the motor so it cannot drop or tilt. Photograph the cable routing and connector, fit the new motor in the same position, and make sure it is fully seated before you tighten anything. Check for smooth travel over the full Z range, then home, re-level the bed and run a first layer test.
