CreatBotF1000 Z-Axis Motor BeltGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
For the CreatBot F1000

The CreatBot F1000 Z-axis motor belt (part 143013) is the OEM drive belt for the Z axis of the CreatBot F1000 large format 3D printer. The motor belt carries motion from the Z stepper motor into the Z drive, so every layer change depends on it. A belt that has stretched, glazed or lost teeth lets the motor turn without the axis moving the full distance, and that shows up as uneven layer spacing and height errors in tall parts. Signs the Z-axis motor belt needs replacing
Visible wear: cracks, frayed edges, a shiny glazed surface or missing teeth.
Clicking or slipping sounds when the Z axis moves, especially with a heavy print on the bed.
Layer lines that bunch up or spread apart at random heights, or tall prints that come out short.
The Z axis does not return to the same position after homing.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F1000 Z axis uses two belts. This is the motor belt; the Z-axis timing belt is part 143014. The F1000 X-axis belt (143010), Y-axis belt (143011) and Y-axis closed loop belt (143012) are listed separately. Other large CreatBot printers use their own Z belts: the D1000 motor belt is 143018 and the D1000 HS motor belt is 143023.
Motor belt or timing belt?

In general, a Z-axis motor belt transfers drive from the Z motor, while a Z-axis timing belt keeps separate lead screws turning in step with each other. If you are not sure which of the two is worn, trace the belt back to the motor, or send Rev1 support a photo and we will confirm the part number before you order.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and support the Z axis so it cannot drop while the belt is off. Note the routing and the tensioner position, release the tension, then fit the new belt with its teeth fully seated on both pulleys. Tension it to match the original, move the Z axis through its full travel by hand to check for binding, then re-level the bed and run a tall test print.
