Signs the Y-axis belt needs replacing
Layers step toward the front or back of the printer mid-print.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F1000 Y drive also uses a closed loop belt, part 143012. The other F1000 belts are the X-axis belt (143010), Z-axis motor belt (143013) and Z-axis timing belt (143014).
Y-axis belt or closed loop belt?
The F1000 has two Y belts. Part 143011 is the Y-axis belt that moves the axis and is normally secured at its ends. Part 143012 is the closed loop belt, a continuous loop of the type that transfers drive between pulleys. If the belt you are replacing has two clamped ends, this is the part to order. When both are the same age, replacing them together saves a second teardown.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the belt route and each end clamp before you remove the old belt. If the Y axis uses a belt on each side, bring both to the same tension so the axis stays square. Fit the new belt, tension it, run the axis through its full travel by hand, then home the printer and print a large calibration square.
