CreatBotDC24 Switching Power SupplyGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
DC24 Switching Power Supply for D Series, D Series HS, Ultra, F and PEEK Series 3D Printers

The CreatBot DC24 switching power supply is the OEM supply that converts mains power to the 24 V DC that runs CreatBot printer electronics, such as the control board, motors, fans and other low voltage circuits. A switching supply does this efficiently and in a compact package. CreatBot offers it in three wattages, 150W, 200W and 350W, each in a 110V and a 220V version, so you can match the exact unit installed in your printer. Full specifications →

Signs the power supply may need replacing
The printer will not power on, or the screen stays dark with mains power present.
The printer resets or shuts down under load, for example when heaters and motors run together.
Clicking, squealing or buzzing from the supply, or a burning smell.
The supply's indicator light is off or flickering.
A blown fuse, a loose terminal or a short elsewhere in the printer can cause the same symptoms. Contact Rev1 support and we will help you confirm the supply is at fault.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
CreatBot lists every version against the same printers, because a printer may use more than one supply for different circuits. Always match the unit you are replacing.
How to choose the right supply

Wattage: read the label on the supply you are replacing and order the same wattage. A lower rated supply can shut down or overheat under load. Voltage: choose 110V for a printer set up for 110V mains, as most US installations are, or 220V for a printer set up for 220V mains. The voltage on the old unit's label and the printer's rating plate should agree. If they do not, or the label is unreadable, send Rev1 a photo and your printer model.
Installation tips

Unplug the printer and wait a few minutes for the supply to discharge before you open the power compartment. Photograph the terminal block, then move one wire at a time to the new unit so mains and 24 V wiring stay in their original positions. Tighten every terminal and refit any covers. If you are not comfortable with mains wiring, Rev1 can do it for you.
