DAS Heating Block for PEEK-300

The CreatBot DAS heating block (part 102007) is an OEM hotend heating block for the CreatBot PEEK-300. The heating block is the core of the hotend: it holds the heater cartridge and temperature sensor, and the nozzle threads into it. It transfers heat into the melt zone so filament flows at a steady, controlled temperature. On a printer built for high temperature engineering materials, a block in good condition is essential for stable extrusion. Full specifications →

Signs the heating block needs replacing
Filament leaks around the nozzle threads, even after the nozzle is tightened hot.
Stripped or damaged nozzle threads, so a new nozzle will not seat properly.
The heater cartridge or sensor no longer sits firmly in its bore, causing unstable temperature readings.
Heavy baked-on material or physical damage after a blob or crash.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-300 also has a second listed block, the PEEK-300 Heating Block (part 102006). Other printers use different blocks: the PEEK-250 and F430 NX use part 102005, and the D1000 Pro HS, D600 Pro3 HS, D400 HS, D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra use part 102011.
Which PEEK-300 heating block do I need?

Because two heating blocks are listed for the PEEK-300, compare the block on your printer with the product photos before you order, or send Rev1 your printer's serial number and a photo of the hotend. We will confirm whether your machine takes the DAS block (102007) or the PEEK-300 Heating Block (102006).
Installation tips
Remove the nozzle while the hotend is at temperature so the threads release cleanly. Then power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool completely before you remove the heater cartridge and temperature sensor. Photograph the wiring and connectors first so everything goes back in the same place. After fitting the new block, tighten the nozzle hot, check for leaks, and recalibrate nozzle height before your next print.
