Temperature Sensor for D600 and D600 Pro 3D Printers
The CreatBot temperature sensor (part 106008) is the OEM replacement sensor for the CreatBot D600 and D600 Pro. The sensor measures the temperature of the heated component it is fitted to and reports it to the control board, which uses that reading to switch the heater on and off. Signs the temperature sensor needs replacing
The displayed temperature jumps around or drops suddenly while printing.
The printer shows a temperature error and stops heating or halts the print.
The reading stays at room temperature while the heater is clearly getting hot.
The sensor wire is pinched, frayed or broken near the sensor or the connector.
A loose connector or damaged cable run can cause the same symptoms. Check the wiring first, or contact Rev1 support and we will help you narrow down the fault.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Newer D600 models use different sensors. Parts 106011 and 106012 are listed for the D600 Pro2 and D1000, and parts 106001 and 106002 are listed for the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS. The D600 Pro3 HS uses the Pro-HS heating sensor, part 106015. Part 106014 (D set temperature sensor) is also listed for the D600, D600 Pro and older CreatBot D Series printers.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend and heated parts cool completely before you begin. Photograph the sensor connector and the cable route so the new sensor goes back the same way, away from moving parts and hot surfaces. Seat the sensor fully and secure it the way the original was held. Before heating, confirm the printer shows a sensible room temperature reading. Then heat up while watching the display, and recalibrate temperature control if your printer offers it. If you would rather not do the work yourself, Rev1 service can replace the sensor for you.
