Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The D600 Pro2 also uses an X-axis belt (143004) and a Y-axis belt (143005). The D600 Pro uses closed loop belt 143003 and the D600 Pro2 HS uses 143009, so match the part to your model label.
Working with an endless belt
Because the loop has no ends, it goes on by sliding it over the pulleys, not by threading and clamping. Expect to slacken the motor mount or tensioner first, and you may need to remove a guard or pulley for access. Take your time getting the teeth fully engaged on both pulleys before you re-tension, or the belt can ride up and wear its edge.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Mark the motor or tensioner position so you can return to it. Fit the new loop, bring the tension back to the mark and turn the drive by hand to check it runs smoothly and stays centered. Home the printer, then run a print with long Y moves to confirm there are no shifts.
