The CreatBot D600 Pro2 temperature sensor (part 106012) is the OEM replacement sensor for the CreatBot D600 Pro2 and D1000 3D printers. The sensor reports temperature back to the control board, and the printer uses that reading to switch its heaters on and off. If the reading is wrong, the printer cannot hold a stable temperature, and it may stop the print with a temperature error. Signs your temperature sensor needs replacing
The displayed temperature jumps around, drops suddenly or shows an obviously wrong value.
The printer stops with a temperature or heating error while the heater itself tests good.
Temperature does not rise on screen even though the heater is getting warm.
The sensor wires are pinched, frayed or broken, or the connector is loose or damaged.
Wiring and connector faults can look like a failed sensor. Check the cable run first, and contact Rev1 support if you want help confirming the cause.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
CreatBot also lists the D1000 temperature sensor (part 106011) for these same two printers. HS models use different sensors: the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use part 106001 or 106002, and the D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D400 HS and Ultra Series use the Pro-HS heating sensor (part 106015). The D600 and D600 Pro use part 106008.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let all heated parts cool fully before you start. Photograph the sensor routing and connector before removing the old one, and follow the same path with the new cable so it is not pinched or stretched by moving parts. After installation, heat the printer and confirm the reading rises smoothly and holds steady. Running a PID tune or calibration afterwards helps the printer regulate cleanly with the new sensor.
