D600 Pro2 Silicone Plate (Heated Bed Silicone Heater)
The CreatBot D600 Pro2 silicone plate (part 172006) is the silicone heating plate for the heated build platform on the CreatBot D600 Pro2. A silicone heater is a thin, flexible heating element fitted to the underside of the platform. It spreads heat across the bed so the first layer bonds evenly and large parts stay attached through long prints. Signs the silicone plate needs replacing
The bed heats slowly, never reaches its set temperature, or the printer reports a bed heating error.
Parts warp or lift in one area of the plate while the rest of the bed holds well.
The silicone pad is torn, blistered or peeling away from the platform, or its lead wires are damaged.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Each CreatBot model uses its own silicone plate. The D600 Pro uses part 172005, the D600 Pro2 HS uses 172007, the D1000 uses 172008 and the D1000 HS uses 172009.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the platform cool fully before you start. Note how the heater leads and the bed sensor are routed, then remove the old pad and clean the platform surface so the new plate sits flat with no trapped air. Reconnect the leads exactly as before and secure the wiring so it cannot rub as the bed moves. Heat the bed once and watch it reach temperature, then re-level and run a first layer test.
