D600 Pro2 HS Z-Axis Motor
The CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS Z motor (part 131001) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS. It moves the Z axis that sets the gap between nozzle and build plate, one layer at a time. High speed printing lays down layers quickly, so the Z axis has to step cleanly and on time throughout the build. Signs the Z motor may need replacing
The Z axis does not move, stalls, or moves with a stutter.
Buzzing or grinding from the Z motor during homing or printing.
Banding, uneven layer lines or short parts that continue after the lead screw and coupling have been checked.
A damaged motor body, shaft or connector.
Mechanical binding in the Z axis can overload a good motor and make it look faulty. Clean and check the Z mechanics, then confirm the motor if the problem remains. Rev1 support can help.

Installation tips
Power off and unplug the printer. Support the Z axis so it cannot drop during the swap. Photograph the motor mount, coupling and cable route, then remove the old motor. Fit the new one, tighten the coupling evenly, reconnect, home the printer, run the bed leveling routine and finish with a test print.
