The CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS Y-axis closed loop belt (part 143009) is the OEM endless belt in the Y-axis drive of the CreatBot D600 Pro2 HS. A closed loop belt is one continuous loop with no ends, and belts of this type usually carry drive from one pulley to another, for example from a motor to a shaft. Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The D600 Pro2 HS also uses an X-axis belt (143007) and a Y-axis belt (143008). The standard D600 Pro2 uses closed loop belt 143006, and the D600 Pro uses 143003.
Replacing an endless belt
An endless loop has to be slipped over its pulleys, so the job usually starts by slackening the motor mount or tensioner. Some layouts also need a guard or pulley removed. It is good practice to inspect the pulleys while they are exposed: worn or damaged pulley teeth will wear out a new belt quickly.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Mark the motor or tensioner position before loosening it. Fit the new loop with the teeth fully seated on both pulleys, return the tension to the mark, and turn the drive by hand to make sure the belt runs centered and quietly. Home the printer and run a test print that includes fast Y moves.
