Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
This platform is specific to the D600 Pro2 HS. The standard D600 Pro2 uses part 181004 and the D600 Pro uses part 181003. Whole platforms for other CreatBot models include the D1000 (181006), D1000 HS (181007) and PEEK-300 (181010).
When to replace the whole platform
The platform is warped or damaged and first layers no longer go down evenly, even after re-leveling.
A nozzle crash, dropped tool or impact has bent or cracked part of the assembly.
The platform shows heating faults that trace back to the assembly itself.
You want a complete spare platform on hand to keep a production printer running.
Poor first layers can also come from the leveling system, the Z axis or slicer settings. Contact Rev1 support if you are not sure the platform is the cause, and we will help you narrow it down.
Installation tips
Let the platform cool fully, then power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the wiring and connectors before you disconnect anything, and have a second person help support the platform on a printer of this size. After fitting the new assembly, check that every cable moves freely through the full Z travel, run the automatic leveling routine and print a first layer test that covers the whole plate.
