Signs the magnetic sheet needs replacing
The sheet no longer lies flat, or has a permanent bend or kink from repeated flexing.
Prints release early or lift in one area while the rest of the bed holds.
The sheet shifts on the magnetic base during printing.
Deep scratches, gouges or other visible damage to the surface.
A warped or damaged sheet affects first layer quality across the whole bed, so on a printer of this size it is worth keeping a spare on hand.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Other D600 models use different sheets. The D600 Pro3 HS uses part 107023 and the D600 Pro uses part 107014. For the D1000 HS and D1000, order part 107004. The matching PEI film for the D600 Pro2 HS and D600 Pro2 is part 107001.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the build platform cool completely before you remove the old sheet. Wipe the magnetic base clean so no filament scraps or dust sit under the new sheet, since any debris will create a high spot. Line the sheet up with the edges of the platform and lower it into place from one side to avoid trapping air. After the swap, check bed leveling and your Z offset, then run a short first layer test before starting a long print.
