Signs your hotend needs replacing
Recurring clogs or under extrusion that cleaning and a new nozzle do not fix.
Filament leaking around the nozzle or heat block.
Temperature errors, slow heating or unstable readings on the hotend.
Damaged wiring, a worn nozzle thread or a crushed heat block.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Related printers use different hotends. The D1000 HS uses part 104002 (0.8 mm). The standard D600 Pro2 without HS uses the V3 hotends (104012 to 104015). The D600 Pro3 HS uses the Pro-HS hotends, for example part 104022 (0.6 mm).
Standard or quick remove hotend?
CreatBot offers three 0.6 mm hotends for the D600 Pro2 HS: this standard hotend (104001) and the quick remove V1 (104003) and V2 (104006) versions. Order the same style your printer has installed now so the mounting and connections match. If you are unsure which one you have, send Rev1 a photo of the print head and your serial number and we will confirm it.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it, then let the hotend cool fully before you remove it. Photograph the heater and sensor connections before you disconnect them, and route the new wiring the same way so it cannot snag as the head moves. After installation, heat the hotend, check for leaks, then recalibrate nozzle height and bed leveling before your first print.

Will it fit my D600 Pro3 HS?
No. The D600 Pro3 HS uses the Pro-HS hotends; the 0.6 mm version is part 104022, and the quick remove 0.6 mm version is part 104027.
Should I replace the whole hotend or just the nozzle?
If the problem is a worn or clogged nozzle, a nozzle swap may be enough. If heating, leaks or clogs persist, the full hotend is the more dependable fix.
