Signs the back cooling fan needs replacing
Features facing the back of the printer droop or curl while the front side prints cleanly.
The back fan does not start when part cooling is switched on, or runs slower than the front fan.

CreatBot lists two back cooling fans for the D600 Pro2 HS: this 4020 version (150040) and the standard back fan (150003). The front cooling fan is part 150002 and the sink fan is part 150001.
150040 or 150003?
Because two back fans exist for this printer, check the fan you are replacing before you order. Look for 4020 on the label or frame of the old fan. If it is there, this is the right part. If it is not, or the label is unreadable, the standard back fan 150003 may be the match. Send a photo of the old fan to Rev1 support and we will confirm which one your machine uses.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the hotend cool before you work on the print head. Note how the old fan is mounted and how its cable is routed, then fit the new fan the same way round so the airflow still aims at the nozzle area. Keep the cable away from the heater block and anything that moves. Run a short print with part cooling on and check both front and back fans spin.
