The CreatBot D600 Pro2 filament heating PTC (part 173016) is the heater in the filament compartment of the CreatBot D600 Pro2. It keeps the spools you have loaded warm so they do not take on moisture during long prints. Moisture is one of the most common hidden causes of poor print quality with engineering filaments: water in the filament flashes to steam in the hotend, which shows up as popping, fine bubbles, stringing and lower part strength. Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The D600 Pro uses filament heating PTC part 173015 and the D600 Pro2 HS uses 173017. The D600 Pro2 heating PTC, part 173010, is a different heater.
