The CreatBot D600 Pro2 E1 motor (part 131024) is the OEM extruder motor for the E1 extruder on the CreatBot D600 Pro2. The D600 Pro2 has two extruders, E1 and E2, each driven by its own motor. The E1 motor turns the drive that feeds filament into the E1 hotend, so it controls how much material that extruder delivers. Signs the E1 motor may need replacing
E1 stops extruding or extrudes weakly while E2 prints normally.
The motor stutters, hums without turning, or gets unusually hot.
Under-extrusion on E1 that continues after clearing the nozzle and cleaning the drive gear.
A damaged shaft, body or connector.
How to confirm it is the motor
Swap the E1 and E2 motor cables at the motors and extrude on each. If the fault follows the motor, replace the motor. If it stays with the E1 channel, check the cable, connector and control board instead. Rev1 support can walk you through the test.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Other D600 Pro2 motors: E2 is part 131025 and the Z motor is part 131026. The D600 Pro2 HS is a different printer with its own extruder motors (131002 and 131003), and the original D600 Pro uses E1 motor 131021.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off, let the E1 hotend cool and unload its filament. Photograph the extruder assembly and cable before removal. Move the drive gear to the new motor if required and line it up with the filament path. Reconnect the cable, then extrude a test length on E1 and run a short print.
