The CreatBot D600 Pro Y motor (part 132007) is the OEM Y axis motor for the CreatBot D600 Pro 3D printer. It drives the front to back motion of the machine. When the Y motor starts losing position, you see it as a sudden offset in the part, usually on one layer, and everything printed above that layer is misaligned. Signs the Y motor needs replacing
Front to back layer shifts that are not explained by belt tension or a collision.
Grinding, buzzing or stuttering from the Y motor during fast travel.
The Y axis does not home, or stops while the X axis keeps moving.
Rough or notchy rotation when the shaft is turned by hand with the power off.
Check the Y belt, the pulley set screws and the cable connection first. If the fault follows the motor, order a replacement. Rev1 support can talk you through the checks.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The X axis on the D600 Pro uses part 132006. The D600 Pro2 HS uses its own Y motors, parts 132002 and 132009.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the motor connector and cable routing, then slacken the Y belt and remove the motor. Mount the new motor the same way round, align the pulley with the belt path and tighten its set screws firmly. Re-tension the belt, home all axes and print a square calibration part to confirm the Y size is correct.
