Signs it needs replacing
Look for layer shifts in the X direction with a tight belt, a motor that buzzes but does not turn, homing errors on X, or a fault that changes when you wiggle the cable near the motor. Damage at the plug or along the cable route confirms it.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The F430 uses a different X motor cable, part 160017. The D600 Pro extruder cable (160008) and drag chain cables (160009, 160010) are separate parts.

Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it before disconnecting the motor, since unplugging a stepper under power can damage its driver. Photograph the route and clips, remove the old cable, and fit the new one along the same path so it cannot rub on moving parts. Seat both plugs fully, then home the printer and jog X through its full travel.
