D600 Pro PEI Film Build Surface
The CreatBot D600 Pro PEI film (part 107011) is the OEM PEI print surface cut to fit the build plate of the CreatBot D600 Pro 3D printer. PEI holds the first layer firmly while the bed is at printing temperature, then lets go of most parts as the plate cools. It also leaves a smooth, even finish on the underside of prints, which is useful for parts where the bottom face is visible or mates with another part. Full specifications →

Looking after PEI
Clean the film with isopropyl alcohol and avoid touching the print area, since skin oils reduce adhesion. For materials that stick very strongly to PEI, a release agent or glue stick layer can make removal easier and protect the surface. Wait for the bed to cool before removing parts, and use a plastic scraper rather than a blade. If you prefer a textured surface, the D600 Pro BuildTak (107012) is the alternative.
Installation tips
With the bed cool, peel the old film away slowly and clean all adhesive residue off the plate. Dry the plate completely. Line up one edge of the new film, then press it down progressively toward the opposite edge with a squeegee or plastic card, pushing air out as you go. Re-level and set the Z offset before printing.
