The CreatBot D600 Pro extruder cable (part 160008) is the OEM extruder wiring for the CreatBot D600 Pro. It links the print head to the control electronics and carries the circuits the extruder runs on: heater power, the temperature sensor signal, fan power and the extruder motor drive. Signs it needs replacing
Look for temperature readings that jump or drop out, a hotend that will not heat even though the heater checks out, an extruder motor that buzzes or skips, or fans on the print head that stop. Burnt or loose pins at a connector, or insulation damage near the head, confirm it.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The original D600 uses part 160007. The D600 Pro also has a separate X motor cable (160018) and drag chain cables (160009, 160010).

Installation tips
Power down, unplug the printer and let the hotend cool to room temperature. Photograph and label every connector before you disconnect anything. Follow the original routing and tie points, keep the cable away from the heater block, and make sure each plug clicks fully home. Heat the hotend, check the temperature reading is stable, and extrude a short length of filament.
