This is not the sink fan that cools the hotend heat sink. The D600 Pro sink fan is part 150024 and the D600 Pro2 sink fan is part 150028.
Which part number should I choose?
Either one. The fan is identical; CreatBot just catalogs it once for each printer. Ordering your own printer's number keeps your records consistent. If you are not sure which fan on your print head has failed, check whether the noise or stoppage comes from the fan aimed at the nozzle (this part) or the fan on the heat sink (the sink fan), or ask Rev1 support.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and let the hotend cool before you work on the print head. Note how the fan is mounted and how its cable is routed, then disconnect it at the connector rather than pulling on the wires. Fit the new fan facing the same way, secure the cable clear of moving parts and hot surfaces, and confirm the fan spins when cooling turns on during a test print.
