Signs the chamber heater needs replacing
The chamber warms slowly or stops short of its set temperature.
The printer displays a chamber heating error.
Warping and layer cracks appear on prints that used to come out clean with the same settings.
The heater, its leads or its connector are scorched or physically damaged.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Later D600 models use different heaters: the D600 Pro2 uses part 182010 and the D600 Pro2 HS uses part 182011. The D600 Pro filament chamber heater (182015) is a separate part that heats the filament chamber rather than the build chamber.
Installation tips
Chamber heaters run on mains power. Switch the printer off, unplug it and wait for the chamber to cool before you open anything. Photograph the wiring and terminal layout, remove the old heater and fit the new one in the same position with the original hardware. Check that every connection is tight and that leads are clear of moving parts. Close the door, run a chamber heat cycle and confirm it reaches and holds its set point before printing.

Do I need the chamber heater to print PLA?
PLA generally prints best in a cooler chamber. The heater makes the biggest difference with ABS, ASA, PC and nylon.
